My olfactory language is based largely on essences extracted from wood. The rarest and most solemn of them is Indian Agar wood, also known by its Arabic name: oud. A unique, powerful, almost magical fragrance with a long tradition in Arabic culture. My love for the culture of Al-Andalus led me to decide that I must compose my own interpretation of this unique ingredient, with a touch of the western Mediterranean, using also leather and musk.
The first thing is Agar. A head note of strength with subtle hints of green. A medium note of oud and fine leather so that magic and solemnity can move towards a musky base highlighted with roots.
