That’s how it happened when François, soul of the mythical Parisian Maison JOVOY, visited our laboratory in Barcelona. In the conversation—among bottles, memories, and shared passions— an idea emerged that could only be materialized in perfume: the legendary Oriental Woods of the Monegal family in fig. From that complicity, MON ÉGAL was born, a name that plays with our shared essence, a declaration of affinity, a mirror, a mutual recognition. The bond of two Houses, two visionary creators, two noses meeting in the same perfume. MON ÉGAL, a dialogue between intensity and tenderness, between Paris and Barcelona, between François and Ramón. A perfume born of an encounter that is, simply, Mon Égal.

MON ÉGAL is a perfume so luscious it unsettles… There’s something in it that disorients, that bewilders, that makes you wonder whether what you feel is pleasure, desire… or curiosity. And in that doubt, it captures you. They say desire is found between what is revealed and what is hidden. That’s where Mon Égal is born. Between the obvious and the concealed. In the delicious contradiction of two forces that attract… and challenge each other. Its evident heart of fig—an inverted flower turned into jam with vanilla and osmanthus—and its dark base, born of the enigmatic Oriental Woods, transform the perfume’s scent into vital energy with an ancestral message full of history. Mon Égal smells of burning skin, of untamable sweetness, of that instant when you don’t know if what you feel is desire or power. And you don’t even care…
